What is CommonKindness?

CommonKindness is a coupon website that makes it easy and fun to save money and support your favorite non-profit - at no cost to you!

When you visit CommonKindness you can get hundreds of valuable, free coupons, product samples and other money-saving discounts. You can also access free community services available to you in your local community, including public libraries, health care facilities, parent-teacher organizations, clubs, volunteer fire departments, scholarship opportunities, schools, animal shelters and much, much more.

But what makes CommonKindness truly unique is that each time you redeem coupons or use online discounts with CommonKindness you generate funds to support your favorite non-profit organizations - at no cost to you! Each time you redeem a coupon, the brand that posted it pays CommonKindness an advertising fee. CommonKindness shares 20% of funds received with the non-profit organizations participating on the site.

How do I print coupons?

Simply select the coupons you want to print from GALLERY 1 by checking the 'clip' box on each coupon, and then click on the red print button.

Do I need to be signed in to my account to select coupons?

Yes, you do need to be signed in to your account to select coupons.  If you begin clipping coupons without being signed in, you will be prompted to "Please sign"

Click here to Sign in.  Once you sign in, you also have the opportunity to choose which non-profit you want to support.  Every coupon you redeem generates funds for your favorite non-profit organization.

Can I select multiple coupons?

It is really up to you! You can select as many coupons as you wish from any of the GALLERY 1 coupon pages.

Where is the print button located?

A red print button will appear once you begin clipping coupons, both at the top of each page of the CommonKindness coupon GALLERY 1.

Does my printer need to be plugged in and turned on before I start printing?

Yes, please be sure the printer you are using to print coupons is:

  • Set as your default printer
  • Turned on
  • Connected to your computer via a cable or your wireless network
  • Filled with paper and ink

Is there a limit to how many times I can print any 1 particular coupon?

CommonKindness allows one (1) print at a time per coupon.  However, the print frequency is allocated by the advertiser which may be once per day, once per week, etc., so make sure you check back to print these great offers again.

Remember, when you redeem CommonKindness coupons you receive the full value of the coupon and generate funds for your favorite non-profit - at no cost to you!

How do I know printing has started?

If printing does not start right away a pop-up message may appear to indicate that printing is in progress.  Please allow 60 seconds or so for printing to begin - the coupons are being sent to your printer.  Interrupting this process may prevent your coupons from being printed.

How do I know printing has finished?

As soon as you have all of the coupons that you selected sitting in your printer tray, printing will be finished and you can navigate to other gallery pages to select additional coupons if you wish.

Selecting additional coupons too soon, or clicking on anything may interrupt the printing process and prevent your coupons from being printed. Please wait until the new tab is loaded automatically in your default browser - then you can be sure the print process has finished.

Do I need to allow the print feature to 'run' or connect to my computer?

Yes, simply allow the TIME SAVER print feature to 'run" or connect to your computer so your coupons can be printed for you.

How many coupons can I clip?

You can select as many coupons as you wish across all coupon pages of GALLERY 1 within your clipping session.

CommonKindness allows one (1) print per coupon unless the advertiser has selected a more frequent print setting for consumers.

We recommend you sign in first and select which non-profit you would like to support by clipping CommonKindness coupons. Remember, when you redeem CommonKindness coupons you receive the full value of the coupon and generate funds for your favorite non-profit - at no cost to you!

How can I share these great coupon offers with my friends and family?

All coupons in GALLERY 1 can be shared individually via Email, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Google+.  Simply click on the icon that represents your desired method of sharing and help us spread kindness and great savings!

Which browsers and operating systems are best suited for printing these coupon offers?

This website has been optimized for a variety of Internet browsers and Operating Systems. 

If you find any problems printing please contact Customer Support with details of your operating system and browser and we will assist you in getting your coupons printed.

How to use the CommonKindness Inc. print feature?

The CommonKindness Inc. Printer App is a Java-based browser printer app that sends your clipped coupons directly to your printer, making print-at-home coupon clipping faster and simpler than ever.

The CommonKindness Inc. Printer App allows for secure printing of coupons directly from our website to your printer and speeds up the coupon clipping process.

Recently a new version of the CommonKindness Inc. Printer App was deployed. If you experience any difficulty from this transition, clearing your JAVA cache will likely take care of it. Please follow these simple steps and you’ll be printing in no time:

  1. Clear the cache (history) in the browser you are using,
  2. Clear the Java cache in your overall system so that your system refreshes and recognizes new content (here's a link that explains how to clear overall Java cache on your system): http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

You may be asked to update your Java or enable a Plug-in (click on ‘inactive plug-in).  Follow the prompts provided by Java to optimize your system (allow the app to run, allow blocked content etc). You can use this same process with other browsers as well.

For example:
On Firefox, please make sure that java is enabled for the browser:
1.Start Mozilla Firefox browser or restart it if it is already running
2.At the top of the browser, select the Firefox button (or Tools menu in Windows XP), then Add-ons
3.The Add-ons Manager tab will open.
4.In the Add-ons Manager tab, select Plugins
5.Click Java (TM) Platform plugin to select it
6.Click on the Enable button (if the button says Disable, Java is already enabled)
